Cancellation

Hey Bloggers, hope you are all having a great day! We are actually deciding to postpone the sketch contest at this time as we are very busy of late with getting the store rearranged for all the new goodies coming in, we also may be having some new great things going on this summer, as well as a personal celebration! My youngest daughters Wedding! There is discussion abut a Cricut class for anyone interested. We do not know what the cost of this is yet or when it will be, but if we get enough interest and Enthusiasm we will definately be having one soon!! So if you are interested please let us know as soon as possible. There is also talk of a couple of our reps coming to do some classes for everyone this summer. There will be more information on this as we pin down the details. So stay tuned, we may bring back the Sketch contest as things settle down! Don't forget to sign up for the Newsletter also if you are interested in some of our upcoming scrapbooking or card classes! We do a lot of 2 page layouts, projects and cards!

Sketch Contest!

For the month of March we did not do the Sketch contest unfortunately and I appologize for that as things have been hectic in my world! For those of you interested in this Sketch Contest though, it is going to back up and running as of the first of April! So make sure to check back and see what the sketch will be this upcoming month!

Sketch Contest Guidelines

For the Sketch contest a 2 page or 1 page layout sketch will be posted on the blog, forum and a reminder sent out in our newsletter. To be eligible to enter you must follow the sketch to a point. You are free to embellish and switch things up a little bit but the layout must look somewhat similar to the Sketch posted. To enter into the contest, we ask that you bring your layout down to the store to be posted up on our “Sketch” wall where we will then have our customers vote on the layouts. The winner will then be notified by phone or e-mail that they are the winner and can pick up their layout as well as their “prize”!

Tuesday Scrap Class with Shannen

Clock Class!
When: Tuesday March 24, 2009
Time: 1:00 pm & 5:30 pm
Cost: $20.00
Supplies: Beacons Adhesive, Edge Distresser, Craft Knife, any added embellishment or picture you would like to add.

We will be making this great Carol Clock Kit by Creative Imaginations by adding some great Heidi Swapp elements, Prima Bling, Kaiser Kraft Wood Flowers and Tim Holtz Crackle Paint & Distress Inks. Come join us for this great Home Decor Project!

**You may also choose a different paper that is equal to or less than the price of the paper included in the kit. If it is more, you will just be asked to pay the difference. **

This is necessary due to the fact that spaces are limited and when we prepare the classes the product used is precut/set up so that your kits are ready to go. If someone does not show up then the product is wasted. We also ask that if you cannot make it you must give us notice by 10:00AM the morning of the class otherwise you will not receive a refund, but a kit will be available to you to take home with instructions. If you do have to cancel and give us sufficient notice, you can either take a refund on the class or the kit with step by step instructions as well as a photo of the finished product. Saturday Card Class /w Julie Courville!

It's not too late to sign up for this great card class with Julie. In this class you will be making these four cards, using some great stamping techniques as well as embossing folders. Make sure you stop by and reserve your spot ASAP!

Supplies Needed : Adhesive, you will want to bring your beacons if you have it!

If you would like to change the paper of the clock or add elements to it, that is totally fine, you just have to purchase the additional elements at your own cost. Class includes what is on the clock here.

This Saturday's Card Class with Julie, you will be making four cards and learning a few new and neat technique's. Using a Napkin, creating your own paper, Fragments and Inchies, the new Castaway Stamp Pad Ink.
